Bluefin expands Scottish presence with fourth acquisition of the year
Bluefin today announces it has acquired Scottish broker Regional Insurance Group Limited (RIG). The acquisition, completed on 8 October, is Bluefin’s fourth of the year.
RIG is a regional broker with offices in Glasgow, Ayr, Forfar, Stirling and Falkirk and 42 staff. RIG trades under three trading names OKD Insurance Brokers Limited, Ferguson Oliver Insurance and RGC Insurance Services and specialise in both personal and commercial lines. The branches will become part of Bluefin’s Commercial Division and will rebrand to Bluefin over the coming months.
